Old Age Pension UP gives financial support to elderly people over 60 years old who are poor. Below are the complete details on how to apply for the Old Age Pension scheme and its eligibility criteria.

Step 1: First, visit the official website of SSPY UP at SSPY UP gov in.

Step 2: Click on the “Old Age Pension” option on the homepage to start the online application process. 

Step 3: A new page will open, which shows all the necessary details about the online application process for the old age pension, eligibility, and applicant login. You can also check the SSPY UP status online on this page.

Step 4: Click ‘Apply Online’ to fill out the application form for the Old Age Pension

Step 5: Fill in your personal details, including your district, resident type (urban/rural), tehsil, name (as per Aadhaar), gender, date of birth, father/husband’s name, category (e.g., General, OBC, SC, ST), mobile number (for future communication), and complete address.

Step 6: Next, upload your bank details and income information, including the Name of Bank, Branch, Account No., Confirm Account No., and IFSC Code. If different, contact your District Social Welfare Officer.

Step 7: Then, enter the Income Certificate Application Number and Income Certificate Number issued by the Tehsildar

Step 7: Upload a passport-size color photograph in .jpg or .jpeg format (max. size: 20 KB). Then, upload your Date of Birth or Age certificate in .pdf format (max. size: 200 KB)

The Divyang and Leprosy Pension Schemes offer monthly support of ₹500 to disabled persons and ₹2,500 to leprosy-affected individuals under SSPY UP.

Open the official website of the Integrated Social Pension Portal.
On the homepage, click on “Disability and Leprosy Pension”.

A new page will open. Click on the “Apply Online” option.

The Divyang/Leprosy Pension form will appear. Fill in your personal details, including name, parent’s name, date of birth, mobile number, district, resident type, Tehsil, gender, category (such as General, OBC, SC, ST, or EWS), and address.
